Originally, the GE department is a department that conducts face-to-face exchanges, such as going abroad as a group or entertaining overseas IVSA who came as a group. However, in 2020, due to the spread of COVID-19, all face-to-face exchanges had to be stopped. Then, the Online Exchange started as an alternative. The online exchange uses apps that hold meetings online, such as Zoom. IVSA-Japan has exchanged with the following countries and regions so far. (As of March 2021)

Online Exchange is held once approximately every 1 to 2 months. In addition, Exchange with Malaysia is scheduled for April, and preparations with Taiwan and South Korea are in progress.
